History
How it all began
Belle Vue Apartments is a family project, born from our love for Balchik and the desire to share this peaceful corner with others. The apartments were recently completed and 2026 is our first season. The complex is family-owned — the idea, the work and the care come from all of us. The sea views, the tranquility of the villa zone and the home-like atmosphere are what make Belle Vue a special place.
