Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.
1. Reservation & Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay value. The deposit must be transferred within 24 hours of receiving our confirmation.
2. Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 70% is due upon check-in, payable in cash or by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
3. Free Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in date. If cancelled within this period, the deposit will be fully refunded within 5 business days.
4. Late Cancellation & No-show
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to 1 (one) night's stay. If the deposit paid is less than the value of 1 night, the difference will be additionally charged.
5. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 12:00 noon. For early check-in or late check-out requests, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
6. House Rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, officially declared state of emergency, etc.), reservations may be transferred to another date without penalty for either party.
